PRISM is the internal-grade operating platform built by SublimeCare for NDIS provider organisations. SublimeCare’s own staff use it daily; partner provider organisations now access it under their own workspace to run their people, projects, and digital-marketing operations.
The points below describe the service, how Platform Data obtained from Meta is used, and how partner organisations consume it.
SublimeCare operates PRISM as its operating platform and offers it to partner NDIS provider organisations. Authenticated staff of SublimeCare and onboarded partner organisations use PRISM under their own organisation accounts.
PRISM connects to a partner organisation’s own Facebook Page and Instagram Business account, with the partner’s consent, to (a) display post performance and audience insights inside PRISM dashboards and (b) schedule and publish posts the partner has authored. Platform Data is read into the partner’s workspace only; it is never resold, never combined across organisations, and never used for advertising profiling.
Access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Data is segregated per organisation and accessible only to authenticated staff with the required permission. Tokens can be revoked at any time by the partner organisation, which immediately disconnects the integration.
A partner organisation signs in to PRISM with credentials issued by SublimeCare, connects their own Facebook Page and Instagram Business account, and then uses PRISM to schedule content, review post performance, and produce internal reports for their leadership and compliance teams.
PRISM is built for the regulated NDIS environment, and the same controls apply to Platform Data received from Meta on behalf of partner organisations.
